GuocoLand’s Martin Modern cliches Silver at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award
The property additionally won 4 major honors at the 2nd EdgeProp Singapore Quality Grant in 2018 in the uncompleted developments category, including Top Development Excellence, Design Excellence, Landscape Excellence and Innovation Excellence.
It is GuocoLand’s 5th accolade at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Grant. It in the past gained awards for Guoco Tower in 2022, 2021, and 2020 and Leedon Property in 2018.
The International Real Estate Federation, identifying the significance of architectural brilliance, durability, neighborhood involvement, and moral industry process, has awarded GuocoLand for its commitment to these prices in the development of Martin Modern.
The venture has currently claimed many other major realty and style honors.
Martin Modern, a high-class residence by mainboard-listed real estate developer GuocoLand, was called World Silver Winner in the Residential (Tower) Category at this year’s FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award.

It was granted Top Development, Residential (Completed) at the sixth EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Honors 2022; Luxury Residential Property Development of the Year, Singapore, at the Real Estate Asia Honors 2021; and Ideal Residential Property Development Singapore at the International Property Awards 2020.
Martin Modern was created by ipli Architects and ADDP Architects. The plan’s style was recognized for its abundant botanical garden setup, complemented by a tough creative inspired at the neighbouring riverside oasis. At Martin Modern, 80% of the area is dedicated to landscape design and features, and GuocoLand’s another trademark style qualities, such as a grand yard and abundant rooms for recreation and enjoyment, are feature.
