Surbana Jurong opens new global headquarters in Jurong Innovation District
Surbana Jurong unveiled its new overseas head office, the Surbana Jurong Campus, in CleanTech Park inside the Jurong Innovation District. The establishment was formally launched on March 13, with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Lawrence Wong in appearance.
Sean Chiao, Group CEO of Surbana Jurong, says that the campus acts as a living laboratory for innovating remedies and pressing the boundaries of sustainable property development. “In Surbana Jurong Campus, our diverse expertises work together to fix our consumers’ most complex issues, meeting our function, Actual influence, made with each other.”
The property development has been awarded the Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) Green Mark Platinum Super Low Power and BCA-Health Promo Board Green Mark Platinum for Healthier Workplaces for its initiatives in sustainability and promoting much healthier way of lives. This involves offering end-of-trip centers, like onsite bike racks and showers.
The campus extends 1.2 million sq ft in built-up area and can fit 4,000 employees and the broader group throughout 10 towers. The campus is anticipated to home employees from various individuals in Singapore beneath one threshold.

The 10 towers are adjoined by a pedestrian pathway and encased yards, allowing natural sunlight and fresh air to move thru. The property development includes services like a 1,000-seater multipurpose place, a junior ballroom, roof terraces, a team lounge, table tennis, and an upcoming fitness center facility.
The campus was created by Surbana Jurong’s architects in cooperation with Safdie Architects to show the concept of a “campus in nature.” Formerly an underdeveloped greenfield place, the campus has been developed to maintain over half of its remaining environment-friendly spot. Built-up eco-friendly places were switched out with rooftop landscapes, green indoor gardens, and extensive exterior gardens.
